Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, But a good word makes it glad.

A good word breaks the seal of depression. Driving around today and just site seeing and floods of overwhelming thoughts just ravished my heart!

I been here before, it seems like a past memory, one I am not wanting to relive . Emotions overwhelmed my souls as those old thoughts of doubt try to creep back in…

What if it never happens ?
Do you really think this is meant for you?
I quickly snapped myself out of the heaviness the anxiety can bring! The heaviness of depression, of overwhelming thoughts of will it ever end!

The Bible says a good word makes of Glad. A good word breaks down darkness and shines a light to illuminate what God’s word truly says…

Romans 8:28 (NKJV)
28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

All I had to do was remind myself of the word of God! God works all things for my good! And darkness must flee!

This is the day the Lord has made;
We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Before my feet hit the warmth of my fuzzy grey carpet, this morning. I lay in bed, next to my soft body pillow, just thinking how great it is to open up my eyes, take a deep breath of fresh crisp air and just live !

Today, purposely take a moment to enjoy every second of the day, Christ has to bring to you! I tell you, it goes by so quickly! Just the other day it seems like I was a young and careless girl in my twenties, now I am a young and wiser woman in my forties( laughs).

God has gracelessly blessed each of us to see His mercy of a new day! How will you live out this day? Who will you choose to be a blessing to, to be a light in this world too?

God has blessed you to see another wonderful day in Christ Jesus! Choose to spend each of those days, wisely!

Relaxing in Christ

Oh thank You Jesus for a day of rest! I am always so thankful to get a break from work and just get to sit and do absolutely nothing!

We all need to take advantage of a day of resting. To sit and do nothing but relax! It allows are body to have down time to be refresh, and reenergize!

Remember God has put in existence a day of resting, that benefits us! Rest up!❤️
