What is the purpose of life ?

One thing I am learning in life, is don’t waste anymore time! All that time and energy I have wasted complaining about things I can not change, can be time and energy well spent moving forward!

Keep pressing in, it does get better, if you just keep moving forward in Christ❤️

Philippians 3:12-14
Pressing Toward the Goal
12 Not that I have already attained,or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. 13 Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, 14 I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Dog returning to vomit

I really don’t want to be known, for eating my own vomit 🤮…

Christians, Why is it that, when we are going through a tough time . Going through trials. Need an answer to a prayers, we stop living in sin and start living right ?

Every minute the church door is open, we are on the front pew, singing and praising God! But when our prayers get answered, we return back to the things we vomit up and eat it right back up again.

Proverbs 26:11

Like a dog that returns to his vomit

Is a fool who repeats his foolishness

Back to our old life style of sin! God looks as this in disgust and so should we. The Bible help illustrates the importance of living a life free of intentionally sin and describes how God views the return of old habits.

Instead of returning to our old stinky ways, keep God’s ways! You have tasted and seen the goodness of God. Stay living in obedience to His word❤️ 🙏

Can a Christian Cuss?

Did you know the Bible speaks about what comes out of our mouth?

James 3:9-10 (NIV)
9 With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. 10 Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.

There comes a day that we as Christians and believers have to choose to serve the Lord with are entire body, spirit , and soul. God wants every part of our life surrender over to Christ not just part of it .

It’s like being in a relationship, are you going give someone just part of your life or commit it all??

Does God hate Divorce?

God hates divorce has been the words repeatedly spoken to a woman who is in an abusive relationship.

God does hate divorce, but this scripture is given to A CHRISTIAN marriage, one where both spouses are serving the Lord. For when a husband and wife serve the Lord, then they can truly understand the covenant of marriage. Let us take a look at this verse.

1 Corinthians 7:15 (NKJV)
15 But if the unbeliever departs, let him depart; a brother or a sister is not under bondage in such case. But God has called us to peace.

Here we can see that the bible tells us if an unbelieving spouse wants to leave to let them go. God knows that it is very difficult to live with someone who does not believe in Him and will not obey His voice. If you read further it also states, that God has called us to live in PEACE!

There have been so many women who have been killed in an abusive relationship; because they were told by well-meaning friends, that God hates divorce! These women are told that they should stay in a relationship where they are being physically and emotionally abused! But God`s word tells us completely different, he tells us in 1 Corinthians 7:15 that he has called us to PEACE, there is no peace in a home where there is abuse.

God`s word is very clear that he wants the best for us.
Jeremiah 29:11For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.

If you are in an abusive relationship, know that God has not forgotten you and that he has called you to live a life of Peace, Hope, and Joy. A spouse that is being abusive is one that does not know Christ as his Lord and Savior.

1 John 4:8
He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
Love does not take someone and beat them inches from death!

There is a story in the bible about a young woman named Abigail, now the bible does not state that she was in a physically abusive relationship but it does state that she was married to a wicked man. Lets us take a look at this verse

1 Samuel 25:3The name of the man was Nabal, and the name of his wife Abigail. And she was a woman of good understanding and beautiful appearance, but the man was harsh and evil in his doings. He was of the house of Caleb.

I urge you to read the rest of 1 Samuel 25, because it goes on to say that God dealt with Abigail`s husband and gave Nabal`s wife to King David. As most of us already know. King David was a mighty man of God, one who had found favor with God. King David was also well known as a man after the heart of God!

God took Abigail`s dysfunctional marriage and gave her a man that would truly love her; For God has called husbands to love their wives and love does not hurt!

Ephesians 5:28
So husbands ought to love their own wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife loves himself.

Ephesians 5:25
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her,

An abusive relationship is NEVER God`s Plan for our life`s, But God came that we might have life and have it abundantly. If you are in a physically abusive relationship, get out and get help! remember your life holds great value to God!

John 10:10
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Dealing with insecure people

The saddest thing is life is to see someone constantly trying to see you fall, simple just because their of insecurities and Jealously ! I really do feel sorry for them. What a waste of life to always live to do wicked, and evil . To constantly listen to the devil and do evil…

Proverbs 3:29-30 (NKJV)
29 Do not devise evil against your neighbor,
For he dwells by you for safety’s sake.
30 Do not strive with a man without cause,
If he has done you no harm.

Be very careful what you do to others, especially a Christian! If your always trying to set people up to fall! If your doing things on the sly to them, out of spite and just being hateful. God doesn’t leave His children in the dark! We know exactly who is coming against us, BUT we choose to PRAY for you instead of returning evil for evil😘💋

Proverbs 26:27
If you set a trap for others, you will get caught in it yourself. If you roll a boulder down on others, it will crush you instead.

Genesis 12:3 (NKJV)
3 I will bless those who bless you,
And I will curse him who curses you;
And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

Psalm 91:8
You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.

If your constantly living in sorrow, murmuring and complaining, this is not the life God called you to live . You won’t live very long, living this way!
